Reply in two days

We read your message and send back the first items to check and the order to cover them in the free 30-minute call. Replies go out within two business days.

Missing facts only

We ask only for what is missing: the city where the person lives, any fixed deadline such as a discharge date, and whether a care-need certification has been applied for.

Scope and fee letter

If ongoing support fits, we send a written scope. It covers what we do and do not do, the fee, and how often we report. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.

How a premium engagement starts

The first conversation runs through a single point of contact, and what you share is confidential from that moment, before any agreement exists. We then confirm whether the request is one we can hold properly. Scope, reporting and fees are fixed in writing before work begins. Changes to any of the three happen only by agreement.

Working through representatives

An adviser, a family office or a legal representative may inquire on the family's behalf, provided the decision-making structure is clear. Tell us who signs and who is briefed, and we work to that structure from the first call.
