Immigration decisions and applications belong to qualified professionals such as certified administrative scriveners and lawyers, so we do not advise on them. What we do is organize the care and daily-life side of the situation so a licensed professional can assess the residence question quickly.
Yes. The first consultation can be online, and support can focus on information gathering, local coordination, and family reporting.
Yes. Eligibility has no language condition. The real work is communication: a written Japanese care profile (daily habits, food, key phrases, things that matter to the person) and an agreed way for providers and family to exchange information. Preparing that layer is a core part of what we do.
More than most families expect can be done remotely. Care-need certification can be applied for by family members, and community support centers can assist with the application itself. Where a step genuinely needs someone in Japan, we help identify it early so one trip covers everything that requires presence.
Consultations and planning are online, so families in Japan or abroad can start. On-the-ground support is centered on Kanagawa; nearby and other regions are assessed case by case, often by working alongside local care managers and providers.
Yes. Information is used only to handle your consultation and is not shared outside the family without agreement. Many families consult before the parent knows, so we confirm at the start who may be told what, and we work within that boundary.
Only after you approve a written scope and quote. The first consultation and the proposal that follows are free, and nothing converts into paid work automatically. Some families take the plan and proceed on their own, which is a fine outcome.
