What to expect

The first consultation runs 30 minutes, costs nothing and carries no commitment. If our support is not the right fit, we say so and name the place that is, usually the community support center for your parent's address. Nothing becomes billable until you approve a written scope and fee.

What you send is used only to handle your inquiry and is not passed outside the family without your agreement. Consulting before the parent knows is common, and we work within whatever boundary you set.

Reply timing

We reply within two business days. The first reply organizes what you sent, flags what is missing, and proposes consultation times. Calls run by video or phone around your time zone.

If a hospital discharge date or a flight is already fixed, put it in the first message and we schedule around it.
