The first consultation is free and carries no commitment. Its goal is not a sales conversation; it is to organize the situation and make the next step clear. If our support is not the right fit, we say so and point you to the right place instead, often the community support center for your parent's address. What you share is used only to handle your inquiry and is not passed outside the family without agreement. Consulting before the parent knows is common, and we work within whatever boundary you set.

Reply timing and how the conversation runs

We aim to reply within two business days. The first reply organizes what you sent, flags anything missing, and proposes consultation times. Calls run by video or phone, scheduled around your time zone; if several family members are in different countries, we look for a slot that works for everyone. If you are working against a deadline, such as a hospital discharge date, say so in the first message and we prioritize accordingly.
