After you send

Reply in two days

We read your message and send back the first items to check and the order to cover them in the free 30-minute call. Replies go out within two business days.

Missing facts only

We ask only for what is missing: the city where the person lives, any fixed deadline such as a discharge date, and whether a care-need certification has been applied for.

Scope and fee letter

If ongoing support fits, we send a written scope. It covers what we do and do not do, the fee, and how often we report. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.

The collaborations we have in mind

The most common pattern is shared casework. A hospital discharge planning office or a facility counselor reaches a family that lives overseas or needs English. We take the family-communication side and the translated summaries; clinical judgment and contracts stay with you. We are also open to training sessions, study groups and co-produced materials.

How we work with partners

We stay out of licensed territory. Care plans belong to care managers, medicine to clinicians, and contracts to families and providers. Personal-information handling is agreed in writing before any case is shared, and that agreement covers scope, method and consent. We take no referral fees and pay none.
