After certification this is your day-to-day partner, building the plan and booking the providers, and the service costs you nothing. They work in Japanese, so a distant family needs either a bilingual relative on calls or an interpreter arranged. You can request a change if the fit is poor. The common error is treating them as a passive scheduler; brief them clearly on what the parent needs and they steer the whole plan.
