When a parent needs help around the clock but you cannot be there, this service sends several short visits across the day and night and adds a line they can call anytime. It is the covered alternative to hiring private night care or moving them prematurely. Many families do not know it exists and assume a facility is the only answer to night risk. Ask the care manager whether it serves the parent's area.
